Extraordinary Art Exhibit
Our annual Extraordinary Art Exhibit for exceptional children in the greater Charleston area was held with great fanfare on Jan. 20-23. We received 120 entries from 20 schools, and more than 100 students, parents, and teachers attended our awards ceremony on Saturday morning, Jan. 20. The students were thrilled, which made all of the hard work of MANY volunteers worthwhile. Many, many thanks to Steve Jacobs for providing music, as well as volunteers Jay Roberts, Bob Ingram, Teresa Jones, Karyn Healey, Deborah Meyer, Maureen Simpson, Nancy McCollum, Ben Nita McAdam, and Ann Merrill.
